We’re looking for a Admin Executive to join our brilliant team at Hemel Support, part of Warner Hotels.
Warner Hotels includes 16 stunning UK properties—country estates, castles, and coastal villages—offering short breaks with fantastic food, contemporary dining, leisure facilities, and entertainment. Our one great team ensures every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience every visit, every time.
What will I be doing?
As Admin Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our senior leaders and wider business through efficient, proactive, and professional administrative support. You’ll take on the responsibilities of managing diaries, travel, and note taking—while also providing ad hoc admin support across departments to help keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for senior leaders.
- Organise travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodation, and transport.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support with expense claims, timesheets, and other personal admin tasks.
Business Administration
- Provide ad hoc admin support across teams, adapting to changing priorities.
- Assist with document creation, formatting, and proofreading.
- Support the organisation of company events, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
Operational Support
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support day-to-day operations.
- Assist with onboarding new starters and preparing induction materials.

Key Skills Required
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling sensitive information.
